Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God! Psalm 43:5
I'm glad God is a "full service" God. I can intermingle groanings with gladness, fear with faith, petition with praise. I can confess despair and declare worship with the same words. One tear can contain both grief and gratefulness. And God understands each, receives each, and responds to each.
